By accessing or using the trackr application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
To use trackr, you must create an account using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
trackr is a fitness planning tool and does not provide medical advice. The training plans, workout suggestions, and any other content generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You use the Service and follow any plans at your own risk.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of trackr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any personal data and content you provide to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, trackr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any injury, health issue, or loss resulting from following training plans or workout suggestions provided by the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
