• Account information: Your name and email address as provided through Apple Sign In.
• Health and fitness data: Data you authorize us to read from Apple HealthKit, including workout history, activity metrics, heart rate, and related health data.
• Workout data: Training plans, workout logs, goals, and progress information you create or generate within the app.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage analytics to help us improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Training plan generation: Your fitness data and goals are processed using AI to create personalized training plans tailored to your needs.
• Progress tracking: We use your workout and health data to track your progress and adapt plans over time.
• Service improvement: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the quality of our algorithms and overall Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• AI processing: Fitness and goal data is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate training plans. This data does not include your name or email address.
• Anonymized and aggregated data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research, analytics, or service improvement purposes.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via JSON Web Tokens, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the application settings.
• Export: You may request an export of your personal data by contacting us.
• Access and correction: You may access and update your personal information through the application.

7. HealthKit Data

Data obtained from Apple HealthKit is used solely within the app to generate and refine training plans. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with third parties for advertising purposes, in accordance with Apple's requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

trackr is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
